The Futuristic Cuisine brought together for a single evening a film producer, a psychiatrist, a businessman, an artist, a municipal employee, a philosopher and a wine producer. For the occasion, an old safe was converted into an oven and steamer and used by Walter Kümin to cook the dinner. Above the dining table, a camera was installed which shoot every minute a picture of the scene.
Evening was conceived by Marcel Meury (which was injured during the dinner and returned for the dessert with 8 stiches).
